Goals and dreams
Goals are the stepping stones to achieving your dreams
Goals
They can be long or short term. But they can be applied to all aspects for life.
Chunking
Breaking your ultimate end goal into smalls parts that can be achieved easier. This keeps up motivation and focus.
Clarity
Make sure you know what exactly your goal is and that it is clear. How can you reach a goal that isn’t specific?
Write it down
Writing down your goals will make you accountable and it will remind you to reach it.
Deadlines
Create a deadline for your goal. But be realistic. You cannot accomplish some things in matter of days.
Visualizing
Picturing your goals is a good way to stay motivated.
Measurable Goals
If a goal is measurable then you will know and can tell when you reach it. You will have solid evidence that you reached it.
Obstacles
Things that get in the way of your goal. There are external and internal obstacles
External obstacle
A traffic light staying red for a while. Something outside of your control.
Internal Obstacle
Something within your control. Like you feeling tired you can go to bed earlier.
Grit
Not giving up on you being able to reach your long term goals. Grit is important for perserverance towards a goal.

A goal should be linked to one thing.
Measurable
A goal that can be tracked. It must be stated clearly and have a deadline.
