Examples of other scholars who specialized in different fields who wrote books on the Seerah
- The knowledge of the Seerah is from the sciences of Islam and must be treated as such, not s something just read
- Ibn Faris (395 AH) who wrote Mu’jam Qawayees al lughah wrote a book on the Seerah اوجز السير لخير البشر
- Ibn Abil ‘Izz al Hanafi (792 AH) also wrote on Seerah (Al ‘Urjoozatul Mi’iyyah) and this is a poem
- Al Hafidh Al Iraqi (806 AH) the teacher of Ibn Hajar who wrote in both Seerah and Hadith. He has an Alfiyyah (1000 lines) on the Seerah
- Ibn al Jazari (833 AH) (the one who wrote Muqaddimah al Jazari in Tajweed) wrote in Seerah and the khulafa as well ذات الشفا في سيرة المصطفى
Beginner level poem to memorize on the Seerah and some information of it (chapters and the like aren’t as important but are optional)
- الأرجوزة المئية في ذكر حال أشرف البرية صلى الله عليه وسلم Ibn Abil Izz al Hanafi (792 AH)
It contains the majority of the events of the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and is divided into 3 main parts.
- His birth until prophethood (26 chapters)
- His prophethood until he migrated (28 chapters)
- When he migrated until he passed away صلى الله عليه وسلم (107 chapters) Some of the scholars who explained it are: Shaykh Abdurazzaq al Badr, Saleh al Usaymi, Shaykh Aziz Farhan

ذات الشفا في سيرة النبي والخلفاء by المقرئ محمد بن محمد بن محمد بن الجزري الدمشقي الشافعي and it is 316 lines, the remaining is of the Khulafa
1. Events before the messenger was a prophet (24 chapters)
2. Events after he was sent as a prophet prior to the migration (24 chapters)
3. Events after the messenger migrated until he passed (66 chapters)
4. Things distinct and unique of the prophet and his miracles, limbs, his household etc. - The best edition of this is by dar adh dhahiriyyah with the tahqiq of Shaykh Hayif an nabahan

- نظم الدرر السنية في السير الزكية more commonly known as (الفية العراقي في السيرة النبوية) by عبد الرحيم بن الحسين بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر بن إبراهيم العراقي (806 AH)
- Before he was sent as a prophet (77 lines, 5 subheadings, 10 chapters)
- After he became a prophet (10 subheadings, 10 chapters, 178 lines)
- After he was sent but starts from after he migrates until his death (100 chapters)
- Fathul Mugeeth by Sakhawi is the best Sharh
- One of the best Tahqeeqs by darul lu’luah in beirut 1431 Ah with the Tahqiq of Shaykh Tariq Ibn Sa’eed
- The second-best Taba of darul Minhaj in Jedda 1426 AH
Difference between the poem by Ibn abil ‘Izz and the one by al Muqri Muhammed ibn Mahmud
Ibn Abil ‘izz grades Ahadith and tries to strengthen his opinions and proves it. While al Muqri does not provide evidence for why something may be authentic or not.
