Verb usage (to write)

The thing that is being written is marked with the object marker を. The person to whom the letter is being sent is marked with に.

When もうmeans “already”
It means “already” when placed in front of positive past tense verbs (た form)
もう+[verb]
I already [verb]
It also means “already” in from of time relative words
When もう means “more”
It means “more” when placed in front of number words.
もう+[number of items]
[number of items] more
When もう means “anymore”
It means “anymore” when placed in front of negative verbs
もう+[negative verb]
I don’t/won’t [verb] anymore
I can also be used with other words with じゃない after them.
The ましょうending
The ましょう ending is added to the verb root to say things like “let’s go” or “let’s eat”. I’m question form ましょうか means “shall we~?”
