What are the rules for mixing tall sours?

A
  1. Collins glass, ice
  2. 5 count/1¼ oz. Primary ingredient
  3. 2 count/½ oz. Secondary ingredient
  4. if 1 ingredient, it gets 2 oz. Sweet & Sour (1000, 1 count), if 2+ ingredients, it gets 1½ oz. Sweet & Sour (1000 count).
  5. Fill with Soda, Cola, or 7-Up
  6. “Collins” in name gets Cherry, others Lemon
