What are the for mixing manhattans?
A
- Up/”On the Rocks”
- If UP - Ice Mixing cup, chill stemmed glass
- If “On the Rocks” - Ice rocks glass, make in glass
- Pour Vermouth first
- 10 count/2½ Ounces
- If “Up” - Mixer cup; STIR ONLY!!!
- If “On the Rocks” - Make in glass, add stir stick
- Garnish: Cherry

- ⅛ oz. Sweet Vermouth
- ⅛ oz. Dry Vermouth
- 2½ oz. Bourbon
- Garnish: Cherry

A
- Stemmed glass, chilled or on the rocks w/ice
- ¼ oz. Dry Vermouth
- 2½ oz. Premium Gin/Vodka
- Garnish - Olive
NOTE: The drier the martini, the less Dry Vermouth
- Dry = ⅛ oz. (Splash) Dry Vermouth
- Extra Dry = Drop Dry Vermouth
- Dirty = add ¼ oz. Olive Juice
- Extra Dirty = add ½ oz. Olive Juice
- Filthy = add ¾ oz. Olive Juice
NOTE: Garnish: Onion = Gibson

- ½ oz. Dark Godiva
- ½ oz. Light Godiva

- If Up-Ice Mixing Cup, chill stemmed glass
- If “On the Rocks”-Ice rocks glass, make in glass
- Pour Vermouth (Dry) first
- 10 Count/2½ Ounces
- If “Up” - Shake mixer cup/small mixer cup vigorously
- If “On the Rocks” - Make in glass, add stir stick
- Garnish -(Olive, Onion, Twish)
