  1. Up/”On the Rocks”
    1. If UP - Ice Mixing cup, chill stemmed glass
    2. If “On the Rocks” - Ice rocks glass, make in glass
  2. Pour Vermouth first
  3. 10 count/2½ Ounces
    1. If “Up” - Mixer cup; STIR ONLY!!!
    2. If “On the Rocks” - Make in glass, add stir stick
  4. Garnish: Cherry

NOTE: The drier the martini, the less Dry Vermouth

  • Dry = ⅛ oz. (Splash) Dry Vermouth
  • Extra Dry = Drop Dry Vermouth
  • Dirty = add ¼ oz. Olive Juice
  • Extra Dirty = add ½ oz. Olive Juice
  • Filthy = add ¾ oz. Olive Juice
