It means ‘second law’ and contains 613 laws, though not all apply to everyone.

To make the Israelites HOLY.

Moses, who is buried by God in an unknown location.
What does Moses say about obedience and disobedience in Deuteronomy?
Obedience leads to blessings and life, while disobedience leads to curses and death.
