For ordinal numbers 1-10, the ordinal number can come before or after the noun.
When the number is before the noun, the masculine form is used regardless of the gender of the noun.
When the number comes after the noun, the definite article is used for both the noun and the ordinal number AND the gender must match.

(note because number followed the noun, one matches the gender of the noun. Again, def article for both)
