The staff may use a long sentence to ask you, if you can catch these words:

おべんとう　あたため　ますか

packed lunch to warm ?

Should I nuke the packed lunch for you?

​Congratulation! You can nuke the packed lunch!

You may just answer:

はい or いいえ

hai or iie

If you are customer, complete sentence is not necessary.
