Recap of this and last lesson:
- Ahadith relating to the Ahruf and the benefits
- Variations and differences that are present in the well known Qira’at
There is a Khilaf that relates to the Ahruf and ‘Uthman. What’s it about?
There is a khilaf if ‘Uthman take the entirety of the Ahruf, or choose 1 of the Ahruf?
When we say Khilaf- we have to look for what it is built on. And in this case, it goes back to the understanding of What the Ahruf is (which will be answered later)
And this issue split the scholars into 2, those saying yes and those saying no.
