In Southern Africa, encased in the north west of South Africa.

Why did they start the “Lesotho’s highland project”
Because South Africa is much richer but also short of water, therefore by doing this, both countries get water.
Being enclaved, it’s hard to import anything as it has to go through South Africa. By doing this, Lesotho gets a steady supply of water which also helps the economy.
