All images must be kept until the accused is acquitted, convicted or the prosecutor decides not to proceed. Images are kept for 10 years for volume, min 30 for serious/major crime

Employers have responsibility to look after employees, create a safe working environment, provide training and equipment
Employees have a responsibility to follow health and safety guidelines and notify employers of hazards
Also protects those who may be affected by people at work
