WAIVE
To give up a right.
WAIVER
The intentional or voluntary relinquishment of a known right.
WARRANT (WARRANTY) (v.)
To promise that a certain fact or state of facts, in relation to the subject matter, is, or shall be, as it is represented to be.
WARRANT (n.)
A writ issued by a judge, or other competent authority, addressed to a sheriff, or other officer, requiring him to arrest the person therein named, and bring him before the judge or court to answer or be examined regarding the offense with which he is charged.
WRIT
An order or process issued in the name of the sovereign or in the name of a court or judicial officer, commanding the performance or nonperformance of some act.
WRITING
Handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, and every other means of recording upon any tangible thing any form of communication or representation, including letters, words, pictures, sounds, or symbols, or combinations thereof.
WRITINGS AND RECORDINGS
Consists of letters, words, or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photo stating, photographic, magnetic impulse, mechanical or electronic recording, or other forms of data compilation.
