What are the two types of defamation and their meaning?
Libel - a term that describes visual defamation. It take the form of lies, imprint or deceptive photographs.
Slander - defamation that is heard and not seems.takes the form of someone talking about an individual or spreading lies and unproved stories.

- the right of every citizen to obtain information about themselves which is held by others.
Infringement of copyright
-rights giving to creators for their work.
Defamation
- a false attack on someone’s good name. It is an injury tot he reputation of someone as a result of false statements or actions of another person.
Breach of confidence
- giving out someone personal information to the public.
Personal information and secrecy provitions
- personal info is regularly gathered by the government. This info enables the government to decide one service they may wish to provide to individuals in society.
