A
Used to record information on a file when it is taken from the filing system.

A
Similar to card except, a guide is always placed in the filing system to hold a spot for the file that is removed.

What are charge out sheets?
A
These are larger and thicker than letter size paper. They are color coded which alerts the clerk that documents are out.
