Difference between Act and Bill
a bill is a proposed law, while an act is a law that has been passed
Difference between Legal and Regulatory
“Legal” refers to laws enacted by Parliament (legislation or statutes) and decisions made by courts (case law)
“Regulatory” refers to rules and directives created by government agencies or regulatory bodies, under the authority of enabling legislation.
