Describe the talocrural joint and its motion?
It’s a synovial joint located in the lower limb. It is formed by the tibia, fibula, and foot (talus). It’s a hinge-type joint, permitting dorsiflexion and plantarflexion of the foot.

What is the Plantar Fascia?
Dense layer of deep fascia; plantar aponeurosis. Its deep fascia covers medial and lateral muscles.

- Helps maintain longitudinal arch in foot.
