Transient Global Amnesia:

  • Cant form new long term memories
  • HM (removed part of his brain including his hippocampus and lost his long term memory, to try to cure his epilepsy)
  • You can learn procedural memories but not declarative memories (episodic and semantic)
  • Did this in the movie with sammy jankins (tested his procedural memory and thought he was faking it)
