Following Trauma to muscles of the anterior compartment: Hemorrhage, edema, inflammation in compartment.
Treatment: Incision of fascia deep fascia to reduce compression.

Paralysis of all muscles in the anterior and lateral compartments. Foot drop- high stepping gait.
