excessive consumption of alcohol, friend foods and meats
dizziness, tinnitus, sallow complexion, pale + brittle nails, insomnia, excessive dreaming, dryness of the eyes, blurred vision, night blindness, floaters, weakness in limbs, numbness in mm,amenorrhea, scanty menstrual flow, rigidity and stiffness in joints

fullness and distension in chest and hypochondrium, loss of appetite, bitter taste in mouth, n/v, stickiness in mouth, heaviness in body, fever, scanty dark yellow urine, vaginal itching, vaginal d/c, pain, redness + swelling of scrotum, some diarrhea or constipation, irregular BMs, thirst w no desire to drink, lassitude, jaundice, loose stools w offensive odour and stickiness

exogenous heat or wind entering the blood level
sudden unconsciousness, convulsions, deviation of eye and mouth, hemiplegia, dizziness, aphasia or difficult speech
floating and weak pulses or wiry and rapid
peeled red tongue and deviated
