Samuel Worcester and his missionaries were living on NA land.
Georgia forbade white people from living on NA lands unless they obtained a license and swore an oath of loyalty to the state.
They didn’t do this so he was arrested.

Osceola and other chiefs went to St Augustine under a truce to attend a parley with General Jesup.
Indians were seized and imprisoned.
Osceola removed to SC and died there.
