Borders:
- medial border of sartorius
- medial border of adductor longus muscle
- inguinal ligament
- floor (iliopsoas, pectineus, adductor longus)
Contents (lateral to medial): -femoral nerve -femoral artery -femoral vein -lymphatics NAVL
What are the borders of the adductor canal and what are its contents?

Borders:
- vastus medialis (lateral)
- adductor longus and magnus (medial)
- sartorius (anteromedial)
Contents:
- saphenous nerve
- nerve to vastus medialis
- terminal obturator nerve
- terminal femoral artery and vein
- deep lymph vessels
