- cannabidiol
what happens when purified red oil is adiminsterd in dogs
Purified red oil, when administered intravenously into dogs, was observed to induce ataxia (lack of muscle control or coordination of voluntary movements, such as walking or picking up objects), and this became accepted as a test for the cannabis active ingredient at the time of Adams.
how is Cannabioal thought to help people
There is conflicting evidence that very high doses (> 1-2 grams/day) may reduce psychotic symptoms in
schizophrenia, although some studies show no differences from placebo
• There is better evidence that it can reduce convulsive
seizures in children with a rare form of childhood epilepsy, Dravet syndrome
