geopolitics- associated with futurology

in order for americans to feel safe- necessary to continue conflict and defeat enemies- americans expected if not required to support their warriors

good evil threatening/safe civilised/barabaric -divided into zones

US- separated from europe and asia- by large bodies of water- associated with distinct sense of national identity and national mission
