Finding info to answer specific Q’s; Helping users find information for themselves; and teaching people how to use library resources & how to do library research.
To use reference services effectively, you need to understand what 5 things?
You need to know more than how to Google; understand the limit is of database or site searches; use Boolean searches; use limiters; understand that lib systems don’t support full sentence questions/searches.

Directional Q’s, Technical and Mechanical Q’s, Ready Reference Q’s, Reference Q’s, Research Q’s
