  • they learn factually because you want to keep up with an actual person
    -use some elements of creativity to fill in certain details, persona needs to be based on facts

How much of a user persona profile should refer to an aspect of the persona that relates to the business and how much should not?

A

A lot more about them personally should be mentioned rather than their business, this more so is what motivates them to buy. For example a computer tech company does not only need to talk about tech and computers, they could bring up their love for their dog, to bring in more relatable information to most audiences.
