What is the renaissance?
The renaissance is a time period from 14th to 17th century. During this time period society went back to ancient times and made it into something new and formative. Shaping Europe into what it is today. It was the rebirth of the value of the ancients.
… was born with the Greeks and the Roman. This was taken by the church for their own purposes. Without the church doing this in the Middle Ages we would not have the renaissance.
