Decision fatigue
Better to move from low to high amount of options in a series

Putting money into savings feels like a loss, so it is better to have money go straight from paycheck to savings - hedonic editing
The single-action bias
Negative emotions can motivate good behaviors -> decreases negative emotions -> no further beneficial actions
Licensing effects
Negative emotions -> good behaviors -> less negative emotions -> encourages negative behavior
Unintended consequences
DA may result in unintended consequences such as decreasing sales
Illusory effectiveness
Making something default -> appearance that behavior has changed but really the rate of compliance for behaviors such as vaccination (ex) are the same
