Q

Issues relevant to evaluations

A

Approach to the evaluation - if you need to pass to get the job you might lie. Underreporting - minimise issues they have. Detected through testing and inconsistency. Psychological testing is good for that! One does one that most people are willing to admit and it shows if people are painting a picture too good to be true
Abnormal function tests and normal functioning tests are most common and are used often! AVOID MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATORS THOUGH. Not about public safety, its about personality

Motivation matter - people do defensive driving to get their full license sooner, not to improve knowledge and make them a safe driver!
