A

A

A
  • Have a contractual relationship with a DHB to provide health services
  • Fund, coordinate and monitor primary care providers
  • Responsible for providing a set of essential primary health care services, such as:
  • improving and maintaining the health of the population
  • providing first-line services to restore people’s health
