A

activity - the generic, public interpretation of what someone does and anyone could do it

A

Flow experience - is unwavering focus on the task at hand, total engagement that u lose awareness of time, need adequate skills.

Very nature of occupation is personally constructed. those who acheive flow will find great occupational satisfaction
