Q

Why is Mexico warmer than Canada?

A

It’s because earth is round and since the sun beams emit the same amount of heat, the upper and bottom portions of the earth is more angled and the area is greater.

Q

How does heat affect wind patterns?

A

There is more wing when there is less heat and since cool air is more dense, it resides in the bottom, but it naturally wants to become warmer because its less dense and it moves towards warmer areas.

Q

Rain Shadows?

A

An area of land that is a desert because mountain ranges block rain systems. This is caused because wind moving carries droplets but will go up an incline from a mountain but will reach a less dense area of warm air in the sky.
