Examples:

* Customer Focus: We are dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our customers.
What does efficient mean?
Definition: In HR, efficiency refers to how well resources (time, money, personnel) are utilized to achieve HR goals.
What does effective mean?
Definition: Effectiveness in HR is about achieving desired outcomes and goals.
