A

A superior, private funded provision, funded by:
1. fees from the service user
2. payments from health insurance companies
3. sometimes funded by Central Government (e.g NHS) will pay to use private hospitals for treatments to shorten waiting lists

A

Plays important role in providing services in the community
Work with specific groups of people
May charge a fee for services
