The name chosen by President WW to describe the constitution of the LON. It had 26 articles which laid out the structure, rules, procedures and functions of the league

It’s main aim was to preserve world peace
- it also attempted to promote international co-operation

Key point: does the fact that the LON failed on it’s main purpose to prevent war make it a total failure?
