Can you give a definition of a leader?
Leadership: art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal.
Leader: person in the group that has an idea about which direction to go in, and possesses the combination of personality and leadership skills that makes others want to follow their direction.
Teamwork: is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.

Praise in public, criticise in private (subtly)
