What were the key differences between the bespoke contract and the JCT SBC 2016?

Because they wanted to be able to control how it looked asthetically; in terms of grilles, and in terms of finished look as it would partially be on display.
Additionally, they wanted the flexibility to make changes later on.

There was also price adjustment formulae, based on the general construction building index.
