A
Justice in its simplest sense is based on Fair and equal treatment for everyone
It is something that we all would naturally demand from any law and would believe it should be an integral part of any legal system
Justice can be seen in the idea of conformity, applying the rules in the same way to all people
This is the whole basis of the doctrine of state decisis however this can lead injustice as the circumstances of cases are different fluctuating beliefs in society
