More common in 40’s + 50’s
Smoking and obesity = big risk factors
usually affecting the ECRB

Q
Clinical Presentation
A
> Pain around the lateral epicondyle
- radiates in line with extensors
- variable (constant/intermittent/severity)
Aggs: Resisted wrist/finger extension
: Resisted forearm supination
: Stretching tendon (may reproduce symptoms)
: Gripping (may reproduce symptoms)

Q
Management
A
> Physiotherapy - Load Management - Exercise - Education - Bracing/taping (90% improval rate, 8% recurrence rate) > NSAIDS > Corticosteroid injection > Shockwave therapy > Surgery
