Common
Sx: Dysphonia, dysphagia, globus, clearing throat, cough
Lack sensation of reflux
Tx is Education + PPI
What are the traits of Childhood Dysphonia?
Child with smoker’s voice
Reinke’s edema, Reflux, nodules
Speech Tx and reflux control => voice back to acceptable

Benign insp stridor in NB
1st -2nd mon of life
Grow with time

Unilat: Hoarse
Bilat: Voice is fine, Can’t breathe!
