The LI is the Minister of Transportation. it recieves food waste sent down from the SI. It transports the waste & transforms it into stool for excretion through the anus its propelled by LI qi.
It reabsorbs any remaining food & water esscences left in food. sooooooooooooooooooooo it plays an impo part in the bodys water metabolism.
The LI & LU are externally-internally related: both are associated w/ METAL and the emotion of grief.
