Complete lysis. Clear around the colonies.

Gam negative intestinal bacterial rods.
What does emb differentiate?
Differs for lactose fermentation. Brown or black around colony for fermentation. Green is ecoli. Clear is no fermentation

Staph aureus from Staph Epi. Aureus changed color from red to yellow.

Staph aureus from Epi. Positive is aureus and is sticky.
