Describe the Languedoc AOC.
Dry white, rose, and red wine
White grapes: Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Piquepoul Blanc, Tourbat, Vermentino
Red grapes: Granche, Syrah, Mourvedre, Lledoner Pelut
Wines must be blends of at least two permitted grape varieties
