ANSWER: Identifying an item as different from the norm

ANSWER: a word before a noun that distinguishes it as something else, and alludes to the idea that there are different types of them, (for example: a ‘family man’, the word ‘family’ modifies the noun ‘man’ to suggests there are different types of men who don’t do this)

ANSWER: saying the same thing twice

ANSWER: connotations are the associations we have for a term or a word

ANSWER: the way in which some words appear to be ready-made for certain meanings, as a result of their habitual use in the same context

ANSWER: a vocal effect where the speaker produces a rasping, creaking sound by blowing air through the vocal cords
