For towing and over-night parking
How is the Nose Gear Ground Lock engaged?
Press the release button, pull fully out and rotate by 90 deg clockwise.
Where are the Gear Ground Locking Pins stowed for flight?
Behind co-pilots seat.
How is the Gear prevented from movement before the Gear Doors opened?
As the doors reach fully open they operate Mechanical sequence valves which allow fluid to pass to the Main Retraction Actuators.
How is the Gear held in the UP position?
Mechanical Unlocks.
How is the Gear held in the Down position?
Overcentre locks and Hydraulic Pressure.
What does a Red Advisory Light above the Gear selector indicate?
Associated gear is not at the position selected.
What does a LDG GEAT INOP Caution indicate?
PSEU is unable to control the gear operation.

Electrically isolates the Hydraulic Selector Valve.

+/- 8 deg on the rudder, +/- 70 deg on the tiller
What is the maximum allowable Nosewheel deflection when towing?
+/- 120, (Flybe limited +/- 90 deg)
How do the Pilot’s and Co-pilot’s Foot Brakes interact?
Co-pilots pedals are mechanically linked to the pilots pedals. But Pilots pedals can operate independently.
How is the Anti-skid system tested on the ground?
Completes a self-test when first selected on.
