LM refers to Macbeth as if he is already King and shows how she almost knows what is going to happen, with foretelling being an ability the witches posses, making her seem close to the witches in nature and her opposition to Duncan and therefore God’s appointed ruler. It also shows her manipulation into making Macbeth feel he should be King and that Duncan shouldn’t.
