7.60. Exudative effusions can decrease the pH to 7.45. Exudative effusions are < 7.35
Management: Hgb < 7? Hgb < 9
- Transfuse 2. Transfuse if actively bleeding and there are sings of symptomatic anemia and comorbid conditions.
Normal albumin? Normal total protein?
3.5-5.5 6.0-9.0 ( The difference between these 2 will be the globulin number)
Normal Ca2 level?

Difference btw TB and Viral meningitis?
TB will have really low glucose < 40 in CSF and Viral will have normal glucose in CSF >40.
