> 200 - hypergylcemia
<70 - hypoglycemia
clinical implications - sodium
- impaired cognitive status
- monitor seizure activity
- monitor for hypotension
clinical implications - potassium
- exercise caution when levels are elevated
INR and PTT clinical implications
INR - risk for clotting (low values) or bleeding (high values)
PTT - risk for uncontrolled bleeding when elevated
troponins clinical implication
mobility contraindicated until down-trending
