physostigmine (acetycysteine inhibitor)
TCA toxicity: Na bicarb. Diazepam for seizures

cholinergics (pesticides, sarin gas)
atropine plus pralidoxime, remove clothes

deferoxamine, emesis with gastric lavage, whole bowel irrigation, hemodialysis
