Second courts and deal with severe cases exceeding the first court’s jurisdiction.
It can exercise appelate jurisdiction over the First Courts and most cases deal with issues of ownership and marriage
Regional Trial Courts
It is the capability to decide over legal disputes despite not being in the judiciary
