  1. Justification for research > risk/costs vs benefits, avoid wrongdoing, harm, risk
    Interview employees / focus group team / experiment long hour
    1. Privacy, anonymity, confidentiality
      Assure privacy: 1) conversations remain private 2) members cannot discriminate participants
      Ensure anonymity: name, age, gender, position, department / name, location, size, industry
      Ensure confidentiality: access to data only under authorization
    2. Informed consent / access to participants
      Participant must be informed about nature research + role + risk/benefits BEFORE data collection
